IDENTIFIED?

We want our customers to experience high-quality offerings that are more familiar (consistent) and recognizably Honeywell.

The problem at hand is…

a tradition of solving problems one solution at a time, resulting in less design and development reuse on projects, longer product cycle time and inconsistent experiences for our customers.

A clear need has emerged…

to leverage the innovations made across projects and build on their successes to speed the design and development of our software experiences.

A solution to the problem…

is to consolidate successful design solutions and accelerate our ability to create a core user interface across all of Honeywell.

PROPOSED?

I proposed the solution where user can understand the logic behind how the cost is been calculated. We added new KPIs to clearly show the identified, lost, projected, and realized savings based on Energy, Asset Lifecycle, and Operational.
